UniCredit Class40 - Beating west towards Atlantic

It's half past 11 in the morning, i've had coffee, one egg and 4 rashers
of streaky bacon, the sun is shining and i'm beating my brains out
against the wind and tide.

Progress has nonetheless been good, 135 miles since leaving yesterday at
half four in the afternoon... i'm now south of plymouth at the latitude
of lizard point heading for about 245 - south of the isles of scilly
but aiming at staying north of the traffic on the north west tip of
france at uschant...

I've still had little or no sleep but managed a few 10 minutes cat naps
after sunrise, it's always surprising how much better you feel after
such a tiny amount of sleep. I'll have to catch up with more though...
past the scillies it should be easier...

All has been good, major problems have only been a) forgetting to bring
cutlery, so i ate breakfast with tortilla as you would with chapati b)
forgetting to bring a cup, so drank out of a plastic container where i
keep fuses and other spare parts c) forgetting that italian coffee
machine does not like gimballed stove, so had first attempt fly across
the cabin, coffee everywhere!

I will pretty much keep beating west, to gain room ahead of the forecast
south westerlies later this week that should give me a fast fun ride
home...
